By purchasing from ELI RAE, customers acknowledge and agree that all sales are made through an independent retailer and that ELI RAE is not responsible for brand-related claims, third-party trademarks, or manufacturer guarantees.
Understanding Terms & Conditions
By accepting this invoice, placing an order, or completing a purchase with ELI RAE, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated within this invoice agreement. This includes payment requirements, down payment policies, late fees, and policies regarding non-payment or fraudulent transactions. The customer agrees to comply with these terms and accepts full responsibility for any applicable fees, penalties, or legal costs that may arise from failure to follow the outlined agreement.
Invoice Agreement
Invoices totaling $150 or more require a 25% non-refundable down payment at the time the invoice is issued to secure the order. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms listed on the invoice. If the invoice remains unpaid after the due date, a $5 late fee will be added to the invoice for each week the balance remains outstanding until the full amount is paid.
Theft, Fraud, and Non-Payment Policy
Any attempt to obtain merchandise without payment, including but not limited to chargebacks, fraudulent payment methods, or removal of products without authorization, will be considered theft. ELI RAE reserves the right to pursue legal action in such cases. The responsible party will be required to pay the full value of the merchandise, a civil penalty of up to $500, any unpaid invoice balances, late fees, court costs, collection fees, and reasonable attorney’s fees as permitted by law. By completing a purchase or accepting an invoice from ELI RAE, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts financial responsibility for all recovery and legal expenses related to theft or non-payment.
