Refund Policy - the basics 

At Eli Rae Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below:

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items, accessories, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refunds

  • We currently offer store credit only (no cash refunds) for eligible returns. Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@elirae.net with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
