Shipping Policy - the basics 

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ELI RAE Boutique is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with order details if needed.
